Building Organizational Excellence

The Building Organizational Excellence program is a 12-week online certification program designed to help organizations establish a strong foundation for success. This program focuses on developing essential components such as an online presence, a customer relationship management (CRM) system, quality policy, and leadership commitment to quality. By the end of the program, participants will have the necessary tools and knowledge to create a solid framework that will serve as a prerequisite for future certifications. Upon successful completion of the program, business owners may submit their work for a Bronze Certification which they will be able to post on their website to prove they have completed the rigorous steps.
